ENEX 100 – Hay Street Mall Heritage Facade

Project Outline

The Enex 100 Building is a feature along the iconic Hay Street Mall in the heart of Perth’s CBD, Western Australia. Part of the façade is heritage listed and part of an extensive structural renovation.

The lighting strategy was to highlight the heritage features that now brings a much needed revitalisation to the mall. Integrating the lighting without affecting the heritage fabric of the building was the biggest accomplishment. At the same time modern day colour-changing effects were requested by the client to celebrate seasonal, public events and show social engagement.
