Jess Swansen

Jess is our Business Support Manager and joined Mondoluce after previously working in the Banking and Aged-Care (NFP) sectors, within administrative and finance roles. She is currently expanding on her skillset, attaining a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) to bolster her previous qualifications in Cert IV in business admin and Interior Design. A rare skill of using both sides of her brain.

Her hobbies and interests are longer than a well-constructed spreadsheet and includes travelling (how nostalgic), sewing, true crime podcasts (true fact!) and watching F1 and MotoGP. She is wife to an energetic husband and two boys who follow suit.

Jess is always looking at ways to streamline our systems and processes, ensuring the business is humming and everyone is working to the same song sheet.
