‘BUILDING LIGHT’ A meeting with Daniel Libeskind, Dean Skira and Giancarlo Basili
On 12 April the Great Hall of the University of Milan will host the ‘Building Light’ conference, organised by iGuzzini and part of the ‘Hybrid Architecture & Design’ show.
The term “Constructing” refers to a series of practices, materials, technologies which implement an architectural project and which are innovated with the aid of design work. It also has a sense of solidity and concreteness which seems to contrast with the intangibility of light. The conference will feature architect Daniel Libeskind, lighting designer Dean Skira and art director Giancarlo Basili.
