Stephan joined Mondoluce in 2021 after an eight-year tenure in retail & commercial sales management. During this time, Stephan gained valuable experience in business development, project and account management, customer service, team management and business data analytics.

Stephan has a pragmatic and customer-centric approach and possesses strong interpersonal skills, and a high attention to detail. He thrives in a team environment, is a natural leader and communicator and loves a challenge.

Stephan’s down time includes an array of activities like golf, boating, good food and wine, and time with the family—striking a good balance between business and pleasure.
