CREE Syrius
Cree released a new area/street luminaire in late 2020, set to be a great performer and innovative in the sustainability field.
Almost entirely recyclable and with a high energy efficiency, it is a great selection to meet Greenstar ratings.
This is a 40W fitting with Type 2 optics, perfectly suited for pathways and PSP lighting. This fitting utilises the Wavewax technology (similar to the IG series) so the benefits include:
- Minimal glare
- Good light control, uniformity and efficiency
- Lumen output between 3K and 4K is quite similar. So you can use a warmer colour temp without compromising too much light output
- CRI 70 and 80 options
- Extremely high LED lifetime – L95 and 100,000 hours
- IK10 as standard
Another great feature in LifeStrong, which is an innovative composite material that allows for recycling of 98% of the materials used, choice of NEMA or Zharga sockets as well for controlling and 10 year warranty.
It has the option to have the top cover made to a particular colour as well offering custom finishes for a client in their choice.
