Damian joined Mondoluce in 2011, commencing his career path in the warehouse. Shortly after, Damian then progressed to a Client Liaison role, supporting our Projects Team for several years before moving into an external sales capacity. Damian is now leading the Mondoluce Project Lighting team alongside Andrea, offering support and guidance to the group, and further developing Mondoluce’s long standing working relationships. Damian is responsible for a portfolio of Electrical Engineers, Architects, Interior Designers, Electrical Contractors, Builders and Developers and offers a tailored solution with respect to the client’s requirements.

In addition to his on-the-job on training, Damian has participated in education courses with the IES – Fundamentals of Lighting as well as professional development courses with Leadership Management Australia – Performance Edge, Sales Edge and High-Performance Management.

Damian’s years of industry experience and product knowledge allow him to go above and beyond the role of lighting supplier, by offering lighting design and application assistance to our clients.
