Gerry de Wind
Gerry contributes over 35 years of lighting experience to the Mondoluce team. Gerry commenced his career in lighting with Atkins Carlyle which put him in good stead to grow Mondoluce into a leading specification based project lighting company. Gerry has developed Mondoluce into a very diversified lighting company covering all facets of lighting application; architectural, commercial, industrial and mining.
Joe started his lighting career in 1993 as a store person with Atkins Carlyle. Joe is an electrician by trade but his technical expertise extends well beyond the electrical field. His wealth of technical knowledge has proven to be a very significant attribute and support for our project team.
Karen is Mondoluce’s Administration and Finance manager and has been with Mondoluce for over 17 years. Karen oversees all of Mondoluce’s administration and finance activities. When not in dedicated service to Mondoluce, Karen is more likely on a bush walking trail or spending her time bike riding along the banks of the Swan.
Darren has become an integral part of the growth and success of Mondoluce for over 15 years. His wealth of knowledge on Mondoluce’s product range, along with the local construction industry requirements, now sees him heading up our Projects Department. He works closely with our sales people to ensure they offer our clients the best possible service and value for money in whatever the project or budget.
Priscilla de Wind
Priscilla has been with Mondoluce for more than 11 years and is an integral member of the Administration team. Priscilla is often spoiling the Mondoluce family with her great culinary skills. Priscilla enjoys her football and is a huge West Coast fan.
Grant’s experience in the lighting industry spans over 27 years. With a background in the fabrication of light fittings and subsequently in more recent years extensive sales experience with top end European brands, Grant’s focus is ensuring that our clientele are kept well informed with our comprehensive range. Grant also has his Diploma of Project Management which ensures the best possible service to his clients.
Sirens, big trucks, forklifts and freight containers are what Ken is accustomed to as Mondoluce’s Warehouse Supervisor. Ken contributes over 10 years of service to the Mondoluce team. Ken has a long standing history with logistics and warehousing activities, having gained his experience with one of the largest national companies in Australia.
Donna has been an member of the Mondoluce team for over six years, commencing in 2007. Donna is an integral member of the Mondoluce team involved in the project lighting team, working alongside Grant Verity in a Client Liaison capacity performing project management tasks.
Paul commenced his service with Mondoluce in 2008 and was quick to adapt to the Mondoluce culture which has seen him progress from the warehouse to the client liaison role. Paul is your true quiet achiever where action speaks louder than words. Paul is currently enjoying his new role as our Advertising & Media Coordinator.
Andrea de Wind
Andrea started with Mondoluce in 2009 working alongside Darren Marshall in a client liaison capacity. Under the mentoring of Darren, she has moved to join Mondoluce’s project lighting team, specialising in architectural lighting. Andrea is a friendly and enthusiastic member of our team and in her spare time enjoys anything fitness related and is a keen netballer.
Damian de Wind
Damian began at Mondoluce part-time as a Warehouse Assistant for six months before advancing to the role of Client Liaison, working full time alongside Darren Marshall for the past two years. Now looking to undertake new goals, working with Mark Zampogna to establish the Metalight name. In his spare time Damian likes to go to the gym and plays soccer for a local club, he is also a passionate West Coast Eagles supporter.
Helen is truly one of a kind! Helen has been part of the Mondoluce team since 2011 in the role of Administration Assistant. Helen enjoys working at Mondoluce and is quick to have a chat (to anyone who’ll listen). Helen is renowned for her quirky humor, her indifference to the AFL and her love of Old English Sheepdogs.
Jolanda commenced her service with Mondoluce in January 2012 in the capacity of our Lighting Application Specialist. Jolanda has twelve years lighting experience with seven years focusing on Lighting Design. Jolanda obtained her MIES grading in 2011.
Mark started at Mondoluce in early 2012 working within Metalight alongside Damian de Wind. Mark has been in the electrical industry for over twenty years, working in many different areas and for the last seven years specializing in the Mining, Industrial & Hazardous Lighting side of the industry.
Samuel joined Mondoluce in January of 2013 as a new addition to our Media + Advertising + Marketing department. Working alongside Paul Laventure to develop our Webpage + Social Media profile and grow Mondoluce’s online presence. Although new to the Mondoluce family, Samuel is keen on becoming an integral part of the team. Samuel is an avid sports fan and plays for a local soccer club and enjoys rock-climbing.
Tanya has an interior design background with seven years residential lighting experience. Tanya is an integral member of the Mondoluce project lighting team working alongside Andrea de Wind in a Client Liaison capacity performing project management tasks to ensure a seamless transition from pre to post sales of stages of her portfolio of projects. Tanya is also a passionate Fremantle Dockers supporter.
