People matter at Mondoluce. It’s our people who grow our business and determine both its success and the ultimate satisfaction of our clients. We don’t simply train our people, we develop and nurture them to realise their full potential. This development is not only in the key areas of product and application knowledge, but across a range of facets that we believe contributes towards a fulfilling career path.
Gerry de Wind
Gerry contributes over 34 years of lighting experience to the Mondoluce team. Gerry commenced his career path in lighting with Atkins Carlyle which put him in good stead to grow Mondoluce into a market leader as a specification based project lighting company. Gerry has strategically developed Mondoluce into a very diversified lighting company covering all facets of lighting application; architectural, commercial, industrial and mining.
Joe Iammarrone
Joe started his lighting career in 1993 as a store person with Atkins Carlyle. Joe is an electrician by trade but his technical expertise extends well beyond the electrical field. His wealth of technical knowledge has proven to be a very significant attribute and support for our project team.
Karen Tyson
Karen is Mondoluce’s Administration and Finance manager and has been with Mondoluce for over 14 years. Karen oversees all of Mondoluce’s administration and finance activities. When not in dedicated service to Mondoluce, Karen is more likely on a bush walking trail or spending her time bike riding along the banks of the Swan. Karen with her strong family values provides a very strong ethical influence over Mondoluce.
Darren Marshall
Darren’s career in the electrical and lighting industry spans over 23 years, of which 13 of those years has been in dedicated service to Mondoluce. Darren’s wealth of knowledge on Mondoluce’s product range, his successful track record of application support and his successful completion of LMA’s (Leadership Management Australia), “Leading and Managing for results” course has earned him the appointment as Projects Manager. Darren enjoys his football both as a long standing West Coast member and a dedicated coach for the Upper Swan & Districts Junior Football Club.

Priscilla de Wind
Priscilla has been with Mondoluce for more than 11 years and is an integral member of the Administration team. Priscilla is often spoiling the Mondoluce family with her great culinary skills. Priscilla enjoys her football and is a huge West Coast fan.
Grant Verity
Although Grant describes himself as “a failed sportsman and even worse entertainer” this is definitely not applicable to his lighting expertise. With over 23 years of lighting experience with most of the top end European brands, Grant’s focus is ensuring that our clientele are kept well informed with our comprehensive range. Grant has completed the Leadership Management of Australia (LMA), course “The Performance Edge”, and has also achieved his Certificate IV in Project Management. Grant has been a part of the Mondoluce team for nearly 8 years.

Ken Neinaber
Sirens, big trucks, forklifts and freight containers are what Ken is accustomed to as Mondoluce’s warehouse supervisor. Ken contributes over 5 years of service to the Mondoluce team. Ken has a long standing history with logistics and warehousing activities, having gained his experience with one of the largest national companies in Australia.
Craig Blott
Craig has provided Mondoluce with over 5 years of service. Commencing in Mondoluce’s warehouse Craig was very quick to develop his own product knowledge and progress into an internal sales role. Craig has recently started to develop his own client base and has been moving into an external sales role as our Commercial and Industrial Lighting Specialist. Craig has also completed "The Performance Edge" by Leadership Management of Australia
Donna Uhrhane
Donna has been an integral member of the Mondoluce team for nearly 4 years. Commencing in 2007, Donna in her brief time with Mondoluce has worked in various facets of Mondoluce’s operation and as a result has become very conversant about various aspects of Mondoluce. Donna has also completed LMA’s “The Performance Edge" course and is an integral part of the Administration team.
Paul Laventure
Paul commenced his service with Mondoluce in 2008 and was quick to adapt to the Mondoluce culture which has seen him progress into our client liaison team. Paul is your true quiet achiever where action speaks louder than words. Paul’s client liaison role sees him providing an internal support role for Grant and Jenna’s clients. Paul is keen to progress in Mondoluce.
Andrea de Wind
Andrea has been with Mondoluce for 2 years and works alongside Darren as client liaison for all of Darren’s clients and projects. Andrea is a friendly enthusiastic part of the Mondoluce team. Andrea recently completed LMA’s “The Performance Edge" course and her Bachelor’s degree in Commerce at Curtin University and is looking forward to expanding her lighting knowledge.

Jenna Bianchini
Jenna Bianchini commenced with Mondoluce in May 2010 and comes from a background in lighting and interior design as well as working in the building and plumbing industry. Jenna’s role as an architectural lighting specialist is to offer our diverse product range to our clientele. Jenna recently completed her IES lighting fundamentals course.
