Further reinforcing our commitment to good design practice, Mondoluce encourages future design professionals through its support of a variety of learning initiatives and projects carried out through TAFE and Tertiary institutions.

Over the years Mondoluce has initiated a variety of initiatives to enhance good lighting design practice with our clients and customers. These include:

• Visits to the Frankfurt Light + Building Fair.
• Training programs and site visits with leading international manufacturers at their facilities.
• Visits by world renown designers to speak at design forums, such as Neil Poulton at the D.I.A. (W.A. Chapter) 2008 Design Forum.
• The Mondoluce Architectural Lighting Award within the Australian Institute of Australia (W.A. Chapter) Architecture Awards.
